Like most public in this country, I am sure you have been subject to an overdraft fee from Wells or one of the other of the large banking institutions. If you have you will delight in this video from a guy who went through the small claims court process to get them reversed and did. Anyone can do this with a small time and effort, which I reckon is worth it after life abused by the bank with one of their outrageous overdraft fees. I was once charged 4 overdraft fees of $37.50 each by U.S. Bank over the weekend as a result of a bank fee they charged me by mistake. This bank fee then caused the account to go into overdraft. Once in overdraft the overdraft fee caused additional overdraft, etc, etc.. Unbelievable! Anyway, check out the video, it will hit home with most public.
